Team Panis Racing – ELMS

Riders

Nicolas Jamin
Born on 5 December 1995 in Rouen, France.

Following a conventional early career in single-seater racing in France, the young native of Normandy decided to ply his trade in the United States in what proved to be a good move! In 2015, he won the USF2000 Winterfest and then the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda. He kept on living the American dream in 2016 in the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires, finishing third overall, opening the way to the Indy Lights series where he competed for the highly regarded Andretti Autosport team in 2017. He returned to Europe in 2018, switching to Endurance GT and Prototype. He very quickly made an impression, claiming third place in the LMP2 class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2020 with Panis Racing, before finishing just shy of the podium in the ELMS the same year, still competing for the former F1 driver’s team. After a year-long interlude with a rival team, Nico returned to Panis Racing determined to add to their success together.

In 2021, he also finished third in the Pro/Am Endurance Trophy of the WEC, and has therefore quickly established himself as a major asset for Panis Racing.
