Alessandro Zaccone
Born on 16 January 1999 in Rimini, Italy

After starting out in Minibikes and achieving his first successes at the age of 9, Alessandro continued his competition apprenticeship in the Italian Moto3 championship. In 2014, the Italian rider took part in the last four races of the European Superstock 600 championship. Regularly in the points, he then tried his hand at Supersport 600 with MV Agusta. In 2018 and 2019, he took part in the Spanish Moto2 championship. The following season saw him make his MotoE debut with the Gresini team. With 37 points, Zaccone finished the FIM World Cup in twelfth place. Moving, in 2021, to the Pramac team, he took his first win and two further podiums to finish the year in fifth. These performances earned him a debut in Moto2 last year. Without much success, the Italian rider decided to return to MotoE this season with the Tech 3 team.

Hikari Okubo
Born on 11 August 1993 in Kodaika, Tokyo, Japan

Born in Tokyo, Hikari Okubo made his racing debut in the Japanese championship in 2008. He won the 125cc class in 2010 and then went on to win the Asia Dream Cup. Back in Japan, he raced in the 600 Superstock class before switching to the World Supersport championship in 2016 with the PTR Honda structure. After a few top ten finishes, he continued his career with the Pucetti Kawasaki team without however managing to win. He consistency nevertheless helped him to finish fifth in the championship in 2019. After a final season in Supersport with the PTR Honda team, he moved to MotoE with the Ajo team in 2021. Sixth in the 2022 FIM World Cup with a first podium to his credit, the Japanese rider wants to take advantage of his time with the Tech 3 team to chalk up his first win.
