Randy de Puniet
Born 14 February 1981 in Andresy, France.

At 42, Randy de Puniet hasn't lost any of his passion for motocycle racing. For a long time, the Parisian was the leading French rider in Grand Prix. He arrived in the world championship in 1999 in the 125 class, distinguished himself in the 250 class by taking five victories and by reaching third place overall in 2004. Moving to MotoGP with the official Kawasaki team, De Puniet got onto the podium in Japan in 2007. He then raced with LCR Honda for three years before extending his career with Ducati and finally with the ART of team Aspar. He continued his career in Superbikes while participating in the development of the new Suzuki MotoGP machine. In 2016, Randy made a successful transition to endurance racing with the Kawasaki SRC team, finishing second in the Bol d'Or and scoring podiums again the following season at Le Mans and Suzuka. After a season with the Ducati team and another with Pierre Chapuis' Moto Ain structure, Randy de Puniet returned to the Kawasaki SRC team in 2022. Ryuji Tsuruta is obviously counting on his experience to guide his two new team-mates.
